Shipping Policy - the basics

I'm so excited to ship some artwork to you! It means so much to me that you want to have my art in your home. 

We do our best to ship your art quickly.  First, please allow 2-3 business days for handling. Shipping typically takes between 7-10 business days, but during holiday season and severe weather, it could be between 10-14 business days for shipping. Shipping times are up to the carrier, though. If a package is late or delayed, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier. If you package is lost in transit, please contact me via mickelcelest.art@gmail.com within 48 hours in order to have a replacement shipped out at no additional cost to you.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact me at mickelcelest.art@gmail.com and I'll be happy to replace your item. NOTE: you must send a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours to be eligible for a return.
